Our Tavern fare is a delicious hybrid of old English, early American, and gastropub.
Our custom beef blend is ground in-house and formed into an 8-ounce patty. Choose your own cheese adventure with crumbly smoked bleu or Gouda. Bacon and onion jam, a freshly baked Kaiser roll, and house made waffle chips cut from Russet potatoes are sure to satisfy.
Two panko-crusted crab cakes served with mustard aioli, arugula, and heirloom tomatoes make a great start to your meal. Try a Belgian-style Allegash White as a refreshing accompaniment!
Mouthwatering marinated flank steak is thinly sliced on the bias and paired with roasted heirloom potatoes, sautéed oyster mushrooms, and drizzled with veal glace.
Our namesake pasta dish combines gemelli pasta, caramelized onion, fresh summer vegetables, grilled chicken, and shaved Parmesan cheese.
